Capacity building
The TRANSFORMA-INNOVA program will promote actions towards greater awareness and increased knowledge about low-carbon and resilient routes.
This will be done by widely disseminating the knowledge and experiences generated by the program. From the technical and methodological information generated from the implementation of sustainable agricultural and marine practices, content will be created to expand and improve knowledge and awareness about actions that lower carbon emissions.
The knowledge and experiences generated will be offered within national and international sectoral networks and through South-South cooperation modalities.
How are we going to do it?
-
70% of farmers, ranchers, dairy farmers, fishermen or other agents in the value chain (30% of them women) who have received equitable training on low carbon, sustainable and resilient management, and production pathways , effectively apply 2 good transformative practices.
-
3 equitable communities of practice operate: one with the active participation of women and/or vulnerable minorities, within the framework of which the actors related to the agricultural and blue value chain exchange information and learn together.
-
49 knowledge products have been prepared, systematized and communicated in a participatory manner (15 with scientific evaluation until 2025) sensitive to the realities of the sectors, gender and vulnerability of the beneficiaries, 9 of them related to the promotion of technologies and innovative agricultural solutions.
